Are we licensed and insured to do this work?
» Owners, trucks and employees are fully licensed and insured.
When should I book my appointment?
» Contact us as soon as possible as time slots fill up quickly. Once you call we'll let you know our availability and schedule. We will need to know the service address.
Why can't you give me an exact price before you arrive?
» Pricing is based on volume, nature of the material, and location. We can't give you an exact price until we are able to see your specific situation. We will book an estimate with you, and then our staff will discuss pricing after estimate has been completed. We offer free estimates within Cheyenne, and are also available to provide estimates within all of Laramie, Albany, Goshen and Platte counties for a small fee. I really need this job done but it can only be after hours. Can you do that?
» Yes, after-hour services are available, by appointment only.
Why would I use your service over renting a dumpster?
» Garbage Guys can help you either way, should you have the time and/or manpower to remove the junk yourself, we offer roll off rentals! Most people use our junk removal services because they're not equipped to handle and transport such large amounts of junk.
What do you do with the junk?
» It depends on what you have. We take unsalvageable and unusable items to the dump. If at all possible, we donate as much as we can to charity. We are an eco-friendly recycling company and recycle anything we can.
Why do we charge?
» Garbage Guys is licensed & insured, and also pays its employees to complete the jobs requested by our clients. We do all loading, clean up, and dumping, recycling, salvaging of items, which often has associated costs.
What equipment can you provide?
» We are a full-service junk removal company, which means we have our own roll offs, dump trailers, trucks, skid steer, generator, hand tools and employees to tackle any job of any size.
